Mary "Babe" Zarba

Zarba, Mary “Babe” lifelong resident of Revere, currently of Hampton NH passed away on November 5, 2016 with loving family members by her side. Beloved wife of the late Salvatore Zarba. Devoted mother of Marilyn Lopatich and husband David of Hampton NH, and the late Leo Zarba. Cherished grandmother of 8, loving great grandmother of 12, and great great grandmother of 2. Also survived by her brother John Carozza and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Primarily a homemaker Babe worked at various jobs through out her life Police School Guard at the Lincoln School in Revere was her favorite. Babe and her late husband Sal traveled extensively over the years as members of the Air Stream travel club, and had resided in FL during the winter months. The family has great memories of camping trips in the New England states and along the along the Connecticut River. Babe was the matriarch of the family. Sewing, crafting, and baking were just some of the hobbies Babe enjoyed. Funeral from the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St, Revere on Wednesday November 9, 2016 at 1:00pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visitation will be held Wednesday, the morning of the funeral from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of Flowers donations can be made in Babe’s name to the Rockingham VNA & Hospice, 137 Epping Rd, Exeter, NH 03833.
