Norman V. Zannino

NORMAN V. ZANNINO, age 89, passed away peacefully on October 22nd surrounded by his loving family.   Devoted husband of nearly 62 years of the late Lucille (Bonaiuto) Zannino. He was the loving father to his four daughters and their husbands, Laura and Barry Marsolais, Paula and Lenny Dercolo, Pamela and Phil Napolitano, Debra and James Austin. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Lenny Dercolo and his wife Molly, Revere Police Officer Michael Dercolo, Courtney Iannoni and her husband Michael, Nicole and Sarah Napolitano, Stephanie and Cassandra Austin, and his great-grandsons, twins Marcus and Jackson Dercolo, Cameron Iannoni and Khai Austin-Jones.  Becoming a grandfather and great grandfather gave him enormous joy and contentment.

He was the son of the late Charlotte and Edward Zannino, and late siblings Edward, Vincent, Warren, Gloria, Elaine, Judy and Jeanne.  In addition, he leaves behind many nieces, nephews and cherished friends from the Malden area and the many friends at New Horizons in Woburn.

Norm was a proud Navy Veteran of the Korean War as Commanding Officer/Naval Photographer.  Highlights of his successful career included former co-owner of Nordel Photography Studio in Everett and District Manager for Prudential Insurance Company for 26 years.

A Visitation will be held at the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St, Revere on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.  Relatives and friends are kindly invited.  Funeral Mass at the Immaculate Conception Church 133 Beach St, Revere on Thursday at 9:00am (Everyone to meet directly at church).  Entombment Holy Cross Mausoleum in Malden.  In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Boston’s Wounded Vet Run at https://theyfoughtweride.com/donate.  For guest book please visit www.buonfiglio.com
