Adolfo "Rudy" Federico

Adolfo (Rudy) Federico was born in Boston, on February 5, 1939. passed away on Dec. 18 2013. Rudy met his wife Connie, of 55 years, at the St. Joseph’s Feast in the North End. They lived in Dorchester before moving to Revere to raise their four children. He designed and built his own home at the age of 25. Rudy worked 45 years, as a Local 4 Union Operating Engineer. He was a jack of all trades and was proud of the fact he could repair anything, himself. He was a devout Catholic who faithfully attended mass and was an usher for many years. He was well known for his patriotism and unique sense of humor. Rudy was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. At each family gathering, he would always say, “ It doesn’t get any better than this !” Beloved husband of Connie. Devoted father of Rita Sweat & husband Michael of Georgetown, Donna Angelo & husband David of Saugus, Anthony & wife Lisa of Georgetown and Linda Husak & husband Carlos of Groveland. Dear brother of Emilio & Ophelia of Revere, Albert of Marshfield and the late Vienna. Also survived by 7 loving grandchildren. Visiting hours are Friday 4-8 pm. Funeral from the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St. REVERE on Saturday, Dec. 21 at 9:30 am, followed by a Funeral Mass in Blessed Sacrament Church (Saugus) at 10:30 am.
