Annamarie (Webb) Haggerty

January 17, 1942 — March 25, 2024

Revere

With a heart full of loving memories, we announce the passing of Annamarie Haggerty, who began her earthly journey on January 17, 1942, in Revere, MA, and completed it on March 25, 2024. Known and celebrated for her loving nature and smart wit, Annamarie was a beacon of light and warmth to all who knew her. Thoughtful and ambitious, she lived a life defined by her passion for her family, her friends who became family, her work, and the simple joys of life.

Annamarie designed her own home and saw it built, a testament to her ambition and creativity.  A top leader in sales at Queens Way to Fashion, Annamarie's smart business acumen and people skills set her apart.  She then devoted 15 years of her life to the noble profession of nursing, where her thoughtful compassion touched countless lives. From walking the sands of Revere Beach and hiking trails to cooking and contributing time to political campaigns, she embraced life with a loving spirit. A die-hard fan of Boston sports, she held a special place in her heart for the Red Sox. She never ceased to learn, taking courses and nurturing her intellect, making her a well-rounded, knowledgeable individual.  Her love for the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum, trips to Martha's Vineyard, the Cape, and Italy were highlights of her life. Family was the most important thing to her; she deeply loved all her children and grandchildren.

Annamarie is survived by her children, Stacia (Michael) Zatsiorsky, Paul Haggerty III, Leah (John) Aiossa, Sean Haggerty; her adored grandchildren, James, Jaclyn, John Jr., Natalie, Ariana, Nico and Conor. She was preceded in death by her loving parents, James and Pauline Webb. "Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted." (Matthew 5:4). In this time of loss, we take comfort in knowing that Annamarie's love continues to live in the hearts of those she touched.
