Antonette B. "Nettie" Goodwin

GOODWIN, Antonette B. “Nettie” – lifelong resident of Revere, passed away November 18, 2020 at the age of 84. Devoted mother of Douglas Goodwin and his wife Kim of Florida and Anthony Goodwin and his wife Lisa of Lynn. Adored grandmother of Lenore Goodwin, Stevie-Marie Goodwin, Sunmi Goodwin-Wu, Annie Lee and Dakota Dowse. Cherished great-grandmother of Kyle Willis, Ryan Wu, Cason Wu, Charlie Wu, Chloe Lee and Aiden Lee. Dear sister of the late Angelo “Gene” Carrabes, Mary-Lou Tupper and Marcelo “Marcy” Carrabes. Nettie worked for many years at Revere City Hall in the office of Community Development. She had long standing affiliations with both the St. Anthony’s Band and the Cub Scouts. A visitation will be held at the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home, 128 Revere Street, Revere on Friday, November 20, 2020 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Due to Covid-19 guidelines and strict capacity limits, we ask everyone to make their visit brief so that others may pay their respects. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. A Funeral will be held at the Paul Buonfiglio & sons ~ Bruno Funeral home Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 9:00 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Anthony’s Church, 250 Revere Street, Revere at 10:00 AM. Names and temperatures will be taken upon entrance. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. At the family’s request, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nettie’s memory to the Meals on Wheels Fund at https://www.mves.org/donate-now/.
