DiCarlo Atty Joseph W Lifelong Revere Resident. Peacefully at home at age 86 on Sept 8th. Beloved husband of Janet V (Mottolo). Devoted father of Dr Kenneth DiCarlo of FL, Janis DiCarlo Meier of Switzerland and Anne DiCarlo of Revere. Loving son of the late Michael and Mary (Magliaro) DiCarlo-Coppola. Dear brother of Phyllis Smith of RI. Also survived by 1 loving granddaughter Eve Christine Meier and many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held in the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St Revere on Monday Sept 13th at 11:00 am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours will be on Sunday from 3-7pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Joseph’s Memory to the Light House Nursing Care Center 204 Proctor Ave Revere MA 02151 C/O Activity Fund. Late decorated WWII Army Veteran Recipient of the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star Medals. Graduate RHS 1941,Harvard College, Harvard Law School Class of 51, Former Mayor City of Revere, City councilor and School Committee, Joe Also served as the City of Revere's Tax Collector for 22 yrs, Special Assistant to the Commissioner Mass Department of Public Works, Board of Directors Chelsea, Revere and Winthrop Home Care.
