Barbara Roche

Barbara Ann Roche of Salem on July 4, 2023 at the age of 62. Born on June 8, 1961, to the late Joseph and Mary (Foley) Roche. Cherished mother of Julia Roche of Salem. Devoted sister of Marie Roche of Salem. Barbara graduated from Revere High School in 1979 and went on to receive a B.A in Psychology from Boston College in 1983 and a Masters (1986) and Ph.D. (1988) in Child Psychology from Ohio University. Her life and career was built around helping children and Barbara served as a child psychologist in the Beverly, Salem and Newbury School Systems. Barbara is celebrated by her family members, cousins, friends and colleagues. A visitation will be held at the Buonfiglio & Sons Funeral Home 128 Revere St, Revere on Monday July 17, 2023 at 8:30am to 10:30am followed by a Funeral Mass at the Immaculate Conception Church in Revere at 11:00am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Private Interment.
