Camille (Rotondi) Kapamagian

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Camille Kapamagian, a cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who left us on July 3, 2024, at the age of 100. Born on September 14, 1923, in Torre Le Nocelle, Italy, to the late Alfred and Josephine Rotondi.

Camille's life was a testament to the power of love and loyalty. She elegantly carried the traditions and values of her Italian heritage across the ocean to her home in Winchester, MA, where she settled at the age of twelve.  After meeting and marrying her husband Alexander, she devoted her life to raising her family in Revere, MA.  Her love knew no bounds, and it was felt profoundly by her three children, Marian Quin and her late husband Thomas of West Newbury, Karen Hill and her late husband William of Rowley, and Gregory Kapamagian of Revere. Camille's legacy continues through her adored grandchildren, Ian Hill, Alexandra Plante and her husband Christopher, Matthew Hill, Hannah and Brady Quin, and her great-grandchildren, William and Wyatt Plante. Camille was also predeceased by her dear siblings, John Rotondi and his late wife Lillian, and Domenic Rotondi and his late wife Carolyn.  Her memory will also remain in the hearts of many loving nieces and nephews.

Camille and her late husband Alexander of 47 years, together, created a warm home filled with laughter, love, and endless plates of homemade Italian cuisine. Gardening, sewing, crocheting, and knitting were among her favorite hobbies.  Camille was a very strong active women belonging to many clubs including the Chatterbox Club, Singles & Couples Bowling Leagues, RHS Football Parents Club, Past President of the Revere Order of the Moose, and the Smartset Seniors.
