Hoffman Carol F. (Grace) of Chelsea formerly of Revere and East Boston, on Jan 4th at age 78. Beloved wife of the late George Hoffman. Devoted mother of Deborah Penta and her husband Paul of Revere, Robert of Barre Ma and Doreen Hoffman of Hampton NH. Dear sister of the late Clair Foster, Evelyn Bell, Gerald Grace, Edith Reynolds and Beverly Morris. Also survived by 3 loving grandchildren, 1 late grandchild and 4 great grandchildren.
