Charles Micciche

Charles Micciche, of Middleton, formerly of Boston’s North End, died on Oct 2nd. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary (Cobuccio). Devoted father of Marie Sweazey of Middleton and Jeanne Diorio and her husband Robert of Revere. Loving grandfather of Jeanne Sweazey of Middleton, Rachel Diorio and Andrea Diorio both of Revere, Kenneth White and the late Christopher Sweazey. Dear brother of Lena Tammaro of Waltham and John Micciche of Holbrook. Also survived by 6 loving great-grandchildren. Funeral from Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home, 128 Revere St, Revere on Tuesday, Oct 8th at 9am. Funeral Mass in St. Anthony’s Church at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours will be Monday 4-8pm. Charles was a WWII Army veteran, a Sgt in the 94th Fighter Control Squadron. He received the American Theater Ribbon and the Victory Medal. A letter carrier for the US Postal Service, he retired in 1992 after many years of service. Charles was an avid fan of horse racing and enjoyed visiting Suffolk Downs. Interment will be Woodlawn Cemetery.
