Donna Covino

Donna Marie "Gamma" Covino entered into rest on April 20, 2025. Born on February 21, 1957. She touched the lives of many with her presence and will be remembered with deep affection.

Donna is Survived by her husband of 51years Anthony Covino, their son Anthony Covino Jr. and his fiancé Danielle Ursino of Wakefield and his daughters Mia Covino and Maci Covino; her daughter Nicolle Souza and her husband Jason Souza of New Hampshire and their daughters Paige Souza and Lilly Souza as well as her youngest daughter Melissa Da Silva her husband Kleber Da Silva of Lynn and their children Dominic Polino, Enthonny Silva and Dante Polino. Donna spent many years working for Walgreens.

After retirement she started to enjoy gardening. She was always looking and sharing tips and tricks to make her house plants or flowers flourish. Her favorite flowers were lilacs, lilies and roses. She tried to spend every opportunity with her grandchildren. She would volunteer at their schools, attend school or sporting events. She was always the loudest one cheering them on from the stands. Her biggest and best job was being a Gamma to her 7 grandkids!

Donna held a cherished place in the hearts of those who knew her. Her warmth and dedication to family created lasting bonds that will continue to be honored through shared memories and love. May her memory bring comfort and peace to all who mourn her passing.

A Memorial Service will be held for Donna on Friday, May 2, 2025, from 4:00-8:00PM at Buonfiglio Funeral Home 128 Revere Street, Revere, MA 02151.
