Dorothea M. (White) Joyce

JOYCE~ Dorothea Marie (White), 78, was born in Boston, Massachusetts on May 14, 1932, where she resided for 59 years. She was married to the late William F. Joyce Sr. and worked for 20 years at the New England Telephone Company and retired as a Rated Engineer. She was a life long member of the Internationl Brotherhood of Electrical Workers(IBEW). After retiring she resided in Clearwater, Florida for 11 years and returned in 2004 to live in Nashua, NH. Her many passions included dancing, reading, shopping, astrology, and visiting the seashore as much as possible. She believed in the power of the human spirit and the principles of Buddhism and was a member of the Self-Realization Fellowship for 53 years. She was the loving mother of Karen E. Joyce of Nashua, NH; Robyn M. Meany and her husband Thomas Meany of Braintree, MA; Patricia Joyce-Coiro and her husband Louis Coiro Sr. of Revere, MA ; the late William F. Joyce Jr.; and Susan Joyce Wright and her husband Peter Wright of Nashua, NH. She was the loving grandmother of Patrick, Mary, and Sydney Coiro of Revere, MA. and Dillon, Collin, and Jillian Wright of Nashua, NH. A funeral service will be held in the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons~Bruno 128 Revere St., REVERE, on Friday, February 25, 2011 at 7pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visitation will be Friday from 4~7pm. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
