Mattera, Elena R. (Misci) of Revere on May 25th. Beloved wife of the late Dr Aurelius Mattera "former assistant Superintendent of Schools". Devoted mother of Joanne Mattera of Salem, Paul and his wife Judy of Swampscott, Mark of Revere and his former wife Kelly Bronsdon-Mattera, Anthony and his wife Denise of Revere and Christopher and his wife Carol of Lynnfield. Dear sister of the late Antonetta Misci, Lena Misci, Thomas, Julio, Mario and Aldo Misci. Also survived by 9 loving grandchildren. Funeral service in the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St Revere on Tuesday May 28th at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are invited at 9:00 am. Visiting hours will be Monday 4:00 to 8:00pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Elena’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association 311 Arsenal St Watertown MA 02472 or to the charity of one’s choice. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
