Emanuel S. Distefano

DiStefano, Emanuel S. of Revere passed away on August 8, 2013. He was 91 Born and raised in Revere, he grew up at 244 American Legion Highway; he joined the Army in 1943 and was honorably discharged in 1946 after receiving the Good Conduct Medal, WWII Victory Medal, American Service Medal and the Asiatic –Pacific Service Medal. He is the beloved husband of the late Irene (Colarusso) DiStefano. Devoted father of Rosanne DiBello of Sarasota, Fl; Christine St. Amand of Danvers; Patricia Donahue of Westford; Marie DiStefano of Peabody; John DiStefano of North Andover; Michael DiStefano of Danvers; Steven DiStefano of Peabody. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and the late George Cercone; and 5 great grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Charles, Angelo, Louis, Michael, Mary, Jennie, Joseph and John, Visitation will be Monday, August 12th at 10:00am followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
