Ettore Guarracino, a humble and generous man, passed away on May 24, 2024, at the age of 80. Born in the quaint town of Albanella (SA), Italy, on January 15, 1944, he made a remarkable journey to Lynnfield, Massachusetts, where he resided until his passing. Ettore, a man of courage and humor, was a beacon of light to his family and friends. His laughter was contagious, his spirit undeniably strong, and his love for his family immeasurable. Ettore was a dedicated member of the Knights of Columbus, embodying their values of charity, unity, and fraternity.
Ettore was a successful contractor and a self-employed businessman. He built a legacy through his successful construction companies; P&H Construction, Garden Construction, and GMG Group, Inc. Despite his success, what mattered most to Ettore was his family and friends. His generosity extended beyond his business, reaching into every corner of his life. Ettore's happiest moments were spent enjoying Sunday dinners with his family, taking weekend trips to the casinos, and having lunch with his friends. His love for his grandchildren was boundless, adoring his only grandson “Giacomino”.
Ettore leaves behind a loving family; his wife Maria Rosaria, his sons Carmine and Pasquale and their wives Cheryl and Joyce, his sisters Gelsomina Scano, Maria Antoinette Polizio, his brother Umberto Guarracino and a beautiful brood of grandchildren; Taylor, Giuliana, Bianca, Ariana, and Giacomo. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mario and Adelaide Guarracino his brothers Carmine Guarracino and Pasquale Guarracino and his beloved daughter, Daniela.
"Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28). Ettore's life exemplified this verse, and he now rests in the love and peace of the Lord.
