FERRANTE, Gloria A. (Cataldo) –of Saugus formerly of Revere, December 9, 2020 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Deputy Chief RFD Theodore “Teddy” Ferrante. Devoted mother of Retired. Lt. RFD Frank Ferrante and his wife Donna, Cpt. RFD Steven Ferrante and his wife Melinda all of Revere and the late Revere firefighter Teddy Ferrante and his surviving wife Karla of Peabody. Cherished grandmother of Nichole, Frank, Teddy III, Rachel, Ashley, Steven Jr., Brittany, Michael and Katherine and loving great-grandmother of 13. Gloria enjoyed reading, movies, and dancing. Due to the current spike in COVID-19, the guidelines issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and local officials, funeral services were held privately for the immediate family. At the family’s request, In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gloria’s memory to St. Anthony’s Church, 250 Revere Street, Revere, MA 02151.
