Perrella, John Sr., of Revere, decorated veteran of WWII, on May 2, 2015. Beloved husband of 69 yrs to Marie (Frongillo). Devoted father of Janice, John Jr. and Kenneth Perrella, all of Revere. Dear brother of Lillian Colecchia, Louise Taglieri, Philip Perrella and Vincent Perrella Jr. Also survived by 10 loving grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Funeral services from Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home, 128 Revere St., Revere on Thurs. May 7 at 9am. Funeral Mass at St. Anthony Church at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours Wed. 4-8pm. John proudly served 3 years in the US Army, European Theatre, Rhineland-Ardennes and Central Europe and earned 3 battle stars. He retired as Director of Plant and Maintenance after 35 years of service to the Revere City Schools. Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery.
