Josephine "Jodi" Graceffa was born on February 16, 1954. She lived her life with family and friends who loved her unconditionally. Jodi passed away unexpectedly, on July 1, 2022. She was the beloved daughter of Jennie (Tirone) Luippold. Jodi was the loving sister of Charles Graceffa and his wife Anne Marie of Billerica, Paulette Murphy and her husband Paul of North Attleboro, and Robert Graceffa and his partner Dawn Lynch of Tewksbury. Jodi is survived by many nieces and nephews all of whom cherished her. Alisa Doherty and her husband Andrew, Christopher Graceffa and his wife Mia, TJ Graceffa and his wife Katey, Aidan Murphy and his wife Lillian, Colin Murphy and his wife Anna, Katherine Murphy, Gina Graceffa and Robert Graceffa. Jodi delighted in her visits with her great-nieces and nephews John, Lucas, Theodora, Charles, Leonardo and Oona. Jodi was the niece of Angelo "Blackie" Tirone and his wife Doreen of Peabody with whom she had a very special and loving relationship. Jodi is survived by many loyal and loving friends, particularly her dear and trusted friends Bobby Aiello and Ronnie Esposito. Jodi was an avid Boston sports fan. She was a former Boston Bruins season ticket holder. The New England Patriots were a Sunday staple for Jodi! Jodi was the recipient of so much kindness and outstanding care from the doctors, nurses and staff at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. Jodi so enjoyed her friends and coworkers at Winchester Hospital. She valued her friendships with all of the staff on her floor. Her friendship with Paula Ranieri was very special. Everyone who met Jodi instantly became her friend. She nurtured these friendships, old and new, throughout her life. Jodi particularly valued her relationship with her former sister-in-law Mary Gordon Judge. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere Street, Revere, MA. The Graceffa family will receive family and friends on Sunday, July 10, 2022 from 1:00-3:30. A celebration of her life with shared memories will take place at 3:30 at Buonfiglio Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers Jodi's family asks that all who loved Jodi, extend kindness to a stranger. Buy a dinner for a young family, pay for someone's coffee, open a door for someone, let a mom go ahead of you in line at the grocery store, smile and say good morning to a passerby. You may never know how much you have touched someone's life.
