Josephine (Messina) Paolini, of East Boston, passed away on December 7, 2022 at the age of 84. Born in Sicily, Italy on April 1, 1938 to the late Gaetano and Rosa (Mattaliano) Messina. Beloved wife of the late Orlando Paolini. Devoted mother of Rosemarie Paolini and her life partner Tom Mesquita, Gino Paolini, John Paolini and his life partner Amy Norcia, Anthony Paolini and his wife Rosanna and her son Gaetano. Cherished grandmother of Fabiana and Lorena Paolini. Dear sister of John Messina and his wife Carrie, Lina Mirabella and her husband Savio, and the late Salvatore Messina. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anthony's Church, 250 Revere St, Revere on Monday, December 12, 2022 at 10:00am (Everyone to meet directly at church). Relatives and friends are kindly invited. A Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St, Revere. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
