Olivieri, Louis “Big Lou” of Revere formerly of East Boston on April 15, 2017 after a valiant battle of cancer for 7 years. Beloved husband of 50 years to Marie Olivieri (Scimone). Devoted father of Lisa Bertolino of Peabody and Louis Olivieri Jr and his wife Leigh Ann of Swampscott. Cherished grandfather of Frank J Bertolino III, Bianca Bertolino, Louis J Olivieri III, Andrew and Robert Olivieri. Dear brother of Mario Olivieri of East Boston, Nancy Olivieri of Italy, and the late Frank Olivieri. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St, Revere on Saturday April 22, 2017 at 9:00am. Funeral Mass in St Anthony’s Church at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant Program, 330 Brookline Ave, Boston, MA 02215. Private Interment.
