Margaret (Derosa) Digiacomandrea

Margaret (DeRosa) DiGiacomandrea, of Revere, passed away on May 16, 2023 at the age of 92. Daughter of the late Michael and Rose (Ferlito) DeRosa. She was the beloved wife of Tito DiGiacomandrea of Revere. Adored mother of Deborah Bowen and her husband John of NY and Sandra Preston and her husband Kevin of Ashland. Cherished grandmother of Rachel Bowen of NY and Olivia Preston of Ashland. Treasured sister of the late Rosalie DeRosa of Revere. Also lovingly survived by nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family. Margaret was born and raised in East Boston. She worked in the insurance field before becoming a full-time mom and settling in Revere in 1965. She enjoyed being a member of the A.C. Whelan School PTA and a Girl Scout Troop Leader. She loved spending time with family and friends. A visitation will be held in the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons – Bruno Funeral Home, 128 Revere Street, Revere on Saturday, May 20, 2023, from 9:30 - 10:30am followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Anthony of Padua Church in Revere at 11:00am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment to follow at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.
