Mario B Norbedo

NORBEDO, Mario B. , 96, passed away peacefully on February 23, 2016. He was born in Capodistria, Italy on May 27, 1919 a son of the late Antonio and Catterina Norbedo. He is survived by his wife Pasqua (Coletta) Gendreau Norbedo, his son Robert Norbedo and his wife Nancy of North Andover, his stepson Roland Gendreau and his wife Lisa and their children Joseph and Sofia of Revere, and his sister Bruna Verzier of Trieste, Italy, and many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his first wife Maria (Apollonio) Norbedo to whom he was married for 54 years, his brothers Peter Norbedo of Italy and Joseph Norbedo of Revere , and his sisters Maria Schipizza of Italy and Carmela Sandrin of Australia, Mario was a kind and thoughtful man who enjoyed cooking, dancing, working in his garden and partying with his family and many friends. He will be deeply missed. Funeral from Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home, 128 Revere St., Revere on Monday, Feb 29th at 10 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St Anthony of Padua, 250 Revere St., Revere at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours will be on Sunday from 2-5 PM. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105 or a charity of one’s choice. Interment will be in Ridgewood Cemetery North Andover.
