Norma Guarente

Guarente, Norma Joan (Polcari) lifelong resident of Revere, on June 24th. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Guarente. Devoted mother of Leonard Guarente and his wife Borislava Stoyanova of Newton and Dennis Guarente and his wife AnnaMarie of Revere. Dear sister of Angelina “Angie” Terenzi and her late husband Harry of Revere, Gloria Romano and her husband Albert of Lynnfield, and the late Albina Sasso and husband Chester, Helen Trunfio and husband Paul, Margaret Moschella and husband Anthony, Edith Murray and husband Paul, and Evelyn Polcari. Cherished grandmother of Jeffrey, Elena and Marco Guarente. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St Revere on Wednesday June 29th at 9:00am Funeral Mass in St Anthony’s Church at 10:00 am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 4-8 pm. Norma devoted herself to family, and took great pleasure in raising her children and grandchildren. Norma enjoyed ballroom dancing for many years. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cure Alzheimer’s Fund, 34 Washington St, #200, Wellesley Hills, 02481. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
