Pamela "Pam" O'Donnell

Pamela New O’Donnell, a beloved wife, supportive friend, and successful entrepreneur, passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 67. Born in Manchester, NH on October 16, 1957, to the late Joseph Shakra and Dorthea (Triantafellow). Pamela's love for life and her indomitable spirit have left an indelible mark on the hearts of those fortunate enough to know her. 

Pamela was not just a loving wife to her husband of 38 years, Jon O’Donnell, but also a remarkably supportive companion. She was a well-traveled woman, with a particular fondness for Greece and Venezuela, which reflected her zest for exploring new cultures and experiences. Her curiosity and open-mindedness were infectious, inspiring those around her to seek out their own adventures.

In her professional life, Pamela was a dynamic force. She was the proud owner-operator of the Cut Away Hair Salon in Nashua, NH for 30 years, demonstrating her business acumen and dedication to her craft. Beyond her salon, Pamela extended her influence as a state and federal lobbyist across the United States, advocating passionately and effectively for causes she believed in. Her remarkable journey stands as an inspiration to all who aspire to make a difference in their chosen fields. After retirement Pam and Jon moved to Revere Beach to live by the Ocean.

She was a dear sister-in-law to Karen Kokoolski and her husband George of VA.

A Memorial Visitation will be held at the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons Funeral Home 128 Revere St, Revere on Friday, February 28, 2025, from 11:30am to 1:00pm followed by a Prayer Service in the Funeral Home at 1:00pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Red Cross.
