Peter L. Nutile

Nutile Jr, Peter L. of Revere on October 18, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Carmela (Cordischi). Devoted father of Peter A. Nutile and wife Patricia of Lynnfield, Lisa Heard of Reading and her fiance Greg Fowks, and the late Donna Marie Nutile. Dear brother of the late Viyolanda, Mary Amelia, Harold, and David. Cherished grandfather of Jacqueline Nickerson and her husband Derrick, Lauren and Peter Nutile, and Andrew and Rachel Heard. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Peter was born in Chelsea, Massachusetts to Peter and Rose (Zarella) Nutile. In the 1950’s, after serving in the U.S. Army, he attended and graduated from East Coast Aerotech School. In August of 1955, he married his one true love Carmela (Cordischi) Nutile. Together they loved to travel and spent many winters enjoying the casinos and shows in Las Vegas, Nevada. Prior to his retirement he worked as an aircraft mechanic at General Electric in Lynn. He was an avid boater, spending many summers on Ossipee Lake in New Hampshire. He had a passion for cars and motorcycles and was known to ride his scooter through the streets of Las Vegas and at home in Revere. He was truly happiest spending time with his children and grandchildren. Funeral from the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St, Revere Friday October 21, 2016 at 9:00am. Funeral Mass in St. Anthony’s Church at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visitation will be held Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00pm. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
