Reiko Gagnon, 86, of Revere formerly of Yokohama, Japan, passed away on July 10, 2023, in Revere, MA. She was born on September 3, 1936.

Survived by her loving family, sons Mark Keane and Erik Gagnon, daughter-in-laws, Pam and Cheryl and her grandchildren Gia, Derek, Nathan, and Blake.

Reiko was a dedicated individual who spent her career as a nurse's aide, providing compassionate care to those in need. Her nurturing nature and selflessness made her an invaluable asset in the healthcare industry, touching the lives of countless patients and their families.

Beyond her professional life, Reiko was a remarkable woman with a vibrant personality. She was a fighter, always looking out for her family’s well-being. Her love for her sons, Mark and Erik, was immeasurable, and she took great joy in being a devoted mother.

Reiko had a passion for gardening and found solace in tending to her vegetables. She took pride in nurturing her plants and watching them thrive. In her leisure time, she enjoyed dining out at restaurants, relishing the opportunity to savor delicious meals while surrounded by loved ones.

Family was of utmost importance to Reiko, and she cherished the moments spent together. She delighted in attending all of Gia’s softball games, cheering on her granddaughter with unwavering support and pride. Additionally, Reiko found immense joy and companionship in her beloved cats, who provided her with unconditional love and endless moments of happiness.

Reiko Gagnon’s presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love, strength, and devotion will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends.

Visiting hours will be in the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St, Revere, on Tuesday July 18, 2023 from 4:00~7:00 pm Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
