Catrone, Robert “Bob” of Revere on January 19, 2017. Beloved husband of Marie (DeFilippo) Tocco Catrone. Devoted father of Robert Catrone and wife Joan of Revere, Linda Uva and husband Keith of NH, Michael Catrone and wife Francine of East Boston, Karen L’Heureux of NH, Laureen Tocco of Revere, Annmarie Tocco Cerundolo of Ipswich, Anthony Tocco of Wakefield, Paula Tocco and companion John Moreira of Revere, and Duane Tocco and companion Jennifer Hoey of Lynn. Dear brother of Tootsie Correia of Stoneham, Gloria Moccia of Melrose, Pat Catrone of Lynn, and the late John Catrone. Also survived by 17 loving grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Bob was born in Boston and has lived in Revere for over 35 years. He and his wife Marie have spent the last 30 winters in FL to escape the New England weather. Bob was an avid sports fan who never missed a Red Sox or Patriots game. His true passion was thoroughbred horse racing and he owned a couple of race horses over the years. Bob was the owner of AM Installation in Revere. Funeral from the Paul Buonfiglio Funeral Home 128 Revere St, Revere on Tuesday January 24, 2017 at 10:00am. Funeral mass in St Anthony’s Church at 12:00pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visitation begins 10:00am at the funeral home on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association, 10 Speen St. 2nd floor, Framingham, MA 01701. Interment Woodlawn Mausoleum.
