Rose (Bartolucci) Zanelli

Rose Grace Zanelli passed away at home, on June 5, 2024. Born in Boston, MA on July 28, 1925, to Agrippino and Josephine Bartolucci, Rose was a woman of extraordinary resilience and spirit. She made her home in Meredith, New Hampshire, after living most of her life in Revere and later in Las Vegas. Rose was the heart of her home, a dedicated homemaker who created a place of love and warmth for her family.

Rose was a woman who embraced life's pleasures. She possessed an adventurous spirit and a love for traveling. Whether embarking on a relaxing cruise, trying her luck at the casinos, or exploring the landscapes of Europe, Rose's zest for life was infectious. Rose's spirit will live on not only in the stories of her travels but also in the hearts of those she touched with her warmth and love. Her home was always the gathering place for friends and family to enjoy good company and a delicious homemade meal.

Rose is survived by her son, Joseph Zanelli and wife Shirley; her daughter, Maryann Forte and husband Louis; and her grandchildren, Joseph Zanelli Jr and wife Chona, Nicole Harrington and husband D'Andrew, Lisa Zanelli and partner Tristin Allgood, Anthony Forte and wife Noelle, and Michael Forte and wife Rebecca. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph B. Zanelli; her son, Robert Zanelli; her sisters, Connie Russo, Mary Balliro, Anna Ministeri, and Madeline Vasquez; and her brothers, Peter and Sam Bartolucci. Each of these family members will continue to honor Rose's legacy by living their lives with the same strength, grace, and love for life that she exemplified.

A Visitation for Rose will be held on Friday, June 14, 2024 from 4-7PM at Paul Buonfiglio & Sons Funeral Home 128 Revere Street, Revere, MA 02151.

Funeral Service will be Saturday, June 15, 2024 10:00AM at  Paul Buonfiglio & Sons Funeral Home 128 Revere Street, Revere, MA 02151.
