Passanisi, Salvatore of East Boston on January 15, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Sylvia (Masciulli). Devoted father of John Passanisi of Holliston, Michael Passanisi and wife Joanne of Andover, and Donna Rose Greenberg of Brockton. Dear brother of Nuccia and husband Sonny of Norton, Rita and husband Dave of Saugus, Maria and husband Tim of West Roxbury, and the late Mima, Joe, Angelo, John, and Angela. Beloved brother-in-law of Lisa Masciulli, and Domenic and the late Rosemarie Capizzi of Revere. Cherished grandfather of Christina, Danielle, Bianca, Hannah, Hayley, Elanna, Kaylee, and great grandfather of Angelo, and Briella. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Salvatore was born and raised in Augusta, Sicily. Salvatore worked for many years as a plasterer at Longwood Towers in Brookline. He spent his free time fishing and with his family and was an avid Patriots and Red Sox fan. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday January 19, 2017 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St, Revere. Funeral services will be privately held.
