Guthrie, Sandra of East Boston passed away on June 7, 2017. Beloved wife of Nicholas “Luis” Huertas-Ortiz of East Boston. Devoted mother of Jason Guthrie of Boston, Wilson Guthrie and his wife Jessica of Lynn, Rolando Guthrie and his wife Dena of East Boston, Jennifer Pizarro and husband Eliezer of Chelsea, and the late Stephanie Abreu and her husband Alfredo. Loving daughter of the late Shirley Guthrie and Constance (McDermott). Dear sister of Stephen Guthrie and his wife Jan of NH, and the late Carol Guthrie. Cherished grandmother of Kayli, Yessica, Gianna, Nico, Joshua, Hannah, Eliel, Isabella, Jacob and Jael. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. A visitation will be held at the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St, Revere on Monday June 12, 2017 from 9:00am to 12:30pm followed by a prayer service at 12:30pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Sandra’s name to the Breast Cancer Research C/O Mass General Hospital, 100 Charles River Plaza Suite 600, Boston, MA 02114.
