William "Billy" Bell

Bell, William “Billy” of Revere on March 23, 2017. Beloved fiancé of Lorraine Restaino McDevitt and her children John McDevitt and wife Beth of CT, James McDevitt and fiancé Rachel of England, Michael McDevitt and his wife Susan and their children Riley, Parker, Jack and Annie, and Kelly McDevitt-Hooker and husband Steve of CT and their children Michael and Katie. Survived by son William Bell Jr. and daughters Kristen Capobianco and Jamey Bell and her daughter Mia. Loving son of the late William and Freda (Simon). Also survived by many friends and former City Councilor John Perez who he considered a son and his wife Kim and daughter Lily of FL. Billy was former City Councilor and former first Consumer Affairs Director for the City of Revere. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Funeral arrangements under the direction of the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St, Revere. All services were privately held. Donations can be made in Billy’s name to Catholic Charitable Bureau of the Archdiocese of Boston, 275 West Broadway, Boston, MA 02127.
