Still in denial and shock about this news…I just couldn’t believe it. I enjoyed working with him on days at Boston GMF and miss him terribly for his friendliness, sweetness and generosity. We lost a solid man here and I feel privileged to have known him.

I had the honor and pleasure to work with Frank early on in the LSM section of the South Postal Annex which is now called the GMF. His presence there made our jobs bearable and we both shared many laughs together. Frank may you rest in peace my friend. You will be missed by all.

I was lucky to have known Frank for over 35 years. We started out careers together in 1985 and I was fortunate to work with him my last five years..
